Distec
The Distec is a versatile automatic balancing machine for disc-shaped rotors such as flywheels, dual-mass flywheels, pulleys, vibration dampers, gears, clutches, torque converter and hybrid rotors. The rotors are clamped in the centering hole, and the imbalance is measured in one or two planes. The compensation is carried out by vertical or horizontal drilling, whereby the changeover is simple and user-friendly, depending on the workpiece.
The machine offers both manual and automatic loading: manually via a pneumatically opening front window, automatically via a loading portal, pallet conveyor, or robot. This makes the Distec the flexible solution for precise, efficient balancing in series production.
150 SVM, 151 SVM, 350 SVM, 550 SVM:
The machine measures and corrects the unbalance of disc-shaped rotors such as flywheels, dual-mass flywheels, brake drums, gears, clutch plates, fans and more – all in one plane. It can be used flexibly in series production and can be quickly converted to different rotors by replacing workpiece-dependent parts and using rotor type files.
The unbalance compensation is carried out by axial or radial drilling, polar or in components. Optionally, processes such as milling, welding, riveting or punching can be integrated. The compensation units can be flexibly adapted and adapted to the respective rotor
450 SVM, 452 SVM, 453 SVM, 454 SVM:
The machine measures and mills the unbalance compensation for disc-shaped rotors without their own axis, such as brake drums, flywheels or brake discs, in one plane. It is flexible for series production and can be quickly converted to different types of balancing bodies, for example by replacing workpiece-dependent parts.Rotors can be processed in single batch sizes or in a mix.
The unbalance compensation is carried out by polar or radial plunge milling. In the case of larger imbalances, the rotors are swivelled to increase the compensation amount and ensure precise correction.
