  2. From there, the final candidates are referred to hiring manager for technical or subject matter interview. These could be virtual or in-person.
  3. Subsequent interviews may follow, including further discussions and/or on site interview.
  4. Managers and HR review all candidates, and once a decision is made, HR will reach out to extend an offer of employment.
  5. Once you have officially accepted, your start date and onboarding will be scheduled.  This will include background and drug screening.
