Schenck ONE Modernization Package - The step into the digital future for older machines
We are pleased to present a remarkable development in our portfolio: The Schenck ONE Modernization Package now makes it possible to equip older balancing machines with state-of-the-art technology. This step is significant as it ensures that even after decades of operation, our machines can be brought up to date and made fit for the digital future.
Machines from the H2 to H90 series in particular, some of which have been in operation for up to 40 years, can benefit from this upgrade. It offers the opportunity to extend the service life and performance of existing systems, improve user-friendliness and implement digital processes. At the same time, thanks to the installation of a modern IoT gateway, Schenck ONE's cloud solutions are now also available to our existing customers.
In addition to the Modernization Package for existing machines, the latest Schenck ONE release includes a number of other features that optimize the performance and user-friendliness of the software. For example, customers can now manage, create and delete their user profiles independently by an administrator, which optimizes the management of access rights. Language settings for Japanese, Korean and Brazilian Portuguese have also been added so that the software can now be used by native speakers in other parts of the world. In addition, the display of the measured unbalance in three levels, manual speed control by the machine operator and a combination of advanced measurement settings have been implemented.
We are proud to continuously work on the further development of Schenck ONE in order to always offer our customers first-class and innovative solutions.
