Today, we all spend too long sitting and don’t move enough. We can do something about that, before work, after work or in between from time to time. Here is an excerpt from the range that you can choose from in the SCHENCK Health Campus:
- Functional Power Workout: Do you want to have a real workout after you’ve finished for the day? Then this course is just right for you. It offers a wide choice of exercises dealing with agility, stability and complete body training, with a particular focus on the legs, back and abdomen together with the shoulders and neck. Every single exercise can be adjusted individually in terms of intensity. Fitness group training to music with intensive workout. We promise that you’ll work up a sweat!
- Football – simply essential! You should be 11 friends: there are sometimes more and sometimes fewer people on the pitch at Schenck RoTec, but it’s the team spirit that really matters. Our football team meets for training every three to four weeks. On the grass pitch when the weather is good, otherwise in the Soccer Halle in Darmstadt.
- Complete body training: This training gives you scope to draw up and implement your own individual training plan, or to do some weight training supervised by our trainer.
- Joint and back health: The training pursues a holistic approach that is good for your joints and back. You can strengthen your back and mobilise your joints by taking an active, health-oriented and preventive approach. The training session should enhance your well-being and quality of life with a pain-free, strong back and improve the agility of your joints.
- Table tennis: When was the last time you played round the table? Table tennis is said to be the fastest racquet sport in the world. Fast reaction capability combined with endurance, speed and body control make this game so varied. Does that sound good? All this kind of training is available in the Health Campus – and we even organise table tennis tournaments now and then.
- Yoga: for a strong back, agility, stretching capability, breathing ... Yoga has turned into a universal, mass sport. And rightly so, which is why we offer our employees a weekly yoga course with our own trainer.
EGYM Wellpass: As a supplementary benefit, we also offer the discounted EGYM Wellpass! This makes it easier for our remote sites and particularly our sales staff to access sport and exercise activities.
