The HV series offers several versions to meet the balancing needs of a wide range of rotors:
- HV 10: For rotors up to 10 kg
- HV 30: For rotors up to 30 kg
- HV 100: For rotors up to 100 kg
Each model features a sturdy vertical design with a spring-mounted precision spindle and flange-mounted electric drive. The table-top construction with integrated control console ensures the machine fits efficiently in production or lab spaces.

Operation is simple and highly automated:

- The operator loads and centers the rotor, closes the protective shroud, and starts the automatic measuring run.
- The machine accelerates, measures, and displays the unbalance—storing results after each cycle.
- Unbalance can be corrected directly (e.g., drilling or adding weights), after which the correction is verified by another measurement cycle.
- Manual and automatic options are available, as well as optional material removal units and swarf extraction for mass correction.
- The CAB 700 or advanced CAB 920 measuring units offer clear user guidance and versatile functionalities—like vector display and touch operation (for CAB 920).
