Our CAB balancing software offers suitable solutions for every application and combines precise measurement and control technology with user-friendly operation. With a wide range of functions for measuring, balancing calculation, and control, they offer high flexibility and productivity in various areas of application. Thanks to their modular software structure and advanced memory and communication options, CAB measuring devices enable efficient balancing of parts and components.

CABflex3 is the latest measurement software for precise and efficient balancing of shaft-elastic rotors such as rollers, compressors, or steam turbines. The expert system stores raw data for flexible post-analysis and supports a configurable number of channels for various sensors. It offers balancing weights according to the influence coefficient method as well as Bode and Nyquist diagrams. Additional functions include modal residual unbalances, shaft path, runout profile, FFT analysis, bending line, and balancing optimization and prediction. Network capability and remote diagnosis round out the range of features.

The Bladis-4 software, together with a torque or weight scale, enables the weighing and optimized distribution of turbine blades on turbine stages in the aviation and energy industries. The optimized distribution minimizes imbalance, which means that fewer counterweights are required during balancing processes, saving labor and weight. Common pre-distribution patterns are pre-installed, and customers can also create their own patterns. The weighed blades are stored in a database that allows networked access from different workstations. Bladis Portable also works without a scale: redistribution can be calculated decentrally by manually entering data or importing it from the Bladis-4 database.

CAST 2 is the central system on a spin test rig for recording, analyzing, and monitoring up to 64 analog and digital measurement channels (e.g., speed, vibration, vacuum, temperature). It controls spin tests and test cycles fully automatically, transmits user specifications to the machine control system, and processes sensor values at up to 10 Hz. The software provides a clear visualization of all measurement data in diagrams, both online and offline.
