MMD4 – Prevent machine downtime in your manufacturing facility
The core of signal processing in the balancing machine is the MMD (Measurement Module), developed by Schenck. After more than 20 years of successful use of the MMD3, key components can no longer be supplied. Therefore, we are discontinuing the production of the MMD3. Secure your production with our modernization package and an upgrade to the MMD4. This ensures your production safety and helps you avoid extended operational interruptions.
CAST 2 – Modernize Your Spin stand
The CAST 2 protocol system and the M385pro speed controller are two new Schenck products that serve as an upgrade for older centrifuge stands running Windows XP or 7. To prevent sudden production stoppages, we offer a cost-effective solution to switch to the latest CAST 2 software and modern Windows 10 PC hardware.
The package includes a new Windows 10 PC, the current CAST 2 software, new M385 speed controller electronics, and interface electronics to connect with the existing PLC of the spin tester.
