The SmartBalancer or our SmartVibroAnalyzer provides extensive possilbilities for filed balancing and vibration analysis and is a reliable companion – even in rough environments. Nevertheless, they are high-precise measuring instruments whose measurement results are used for direct evaluation of machines. In order to ensure that the recorded data is reliable and verifiable, it is important to have the measuring system of your SmartBalancers or SmartVibroAnalyzers calibrated periodically and tranceable. Complying the standards, this becomes a necessity to comply with standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001.

Excerpt from the standard – DIN EN ISO 9001 According to a demand of ISO 9001 (section 7.1.5.2), a high-precision measuring instrument such as the SmartBalancer or the SmartVibroAnalyzer must »When measurement traceability is required[...] « or when valid measurement results are an essential part of the process, these must be »[...] calibrated or verified, or both, at specified intervals, or prior to use, against measurement standards traceable to international or national measurement standards; [...]«. Only portable devices tested in this way provide verifiable measurement results which confirm their product quality and competitiveness.
