Axle Drives
Our balancing machines for front and rear axle drives correct imbalances by drilling (optionally welding) into the drive flanges. We accompany you from the initial idea to series production, with specially adapted configurations for small rear axle transmissions through to complete modules. Measurements are taken at speeds of 1000 to 3500 rpm, with automatic docking supported by a camera, whereby the flange position is precisely recorded. The traceable flange information enables work with prohibited zones for the compensation calculation.
