Spin test systems
Centrio
Schenck Centrio centrifugal test rigs are used to test rotating components in a centrifugal field. These are proven test rigs that are indispensable for the development, manufacture, and quality assurance of rotors in the field of green technology. The main areas of application are: material consolidation, strength testing, burst testing, LCF testing (long-term fatigue testing), and HCF testing.

Control balancing machine
Ventuo Cor
Ventuo Cor balancing solutions offer manual and fully automatic balancing systems for wheel manufacturing. Our balancing stations are an integral part of a wheel balancing machine and all known balancing weights can be processed in these stations. In manual balancing, the operator attaches the weights to the balancing planes supported by the wheel alignment function for ergonomic balancing in short cycle times. Fully automatic systems apply adhesive, or two-piece clamping weights, reliably in the corresponding balancing planes. When applying adhesive roller weights, these are cut to the exact length or weight by a cutting device and pressed onto the entire wheel surface by an application hand. The exact positioning of the balancing weights ensures low residual unbalance and smooth running of the complete wheel.
- Maximum complete wheel weight: up to 50 kg
- Total wheel outer diameter: 550 to 900 mm
- Rim diameter: 14'' to 25''
- Rim width: 3,5'' to 14''

SBAL
The SBAL balancing machine for axle drives is a production line-capable solution with fully automatic unbalance correction. It is specially designed for the efficient measurement and precise correction of unbalance in front and rear axle transmissions. The measurement is performed between 1000-3500 min-¹, depending on the axle type, to ensure accurate results and minimise stress on the system. With this technology, up to 80 axle drives can be produced per hour, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
- Maximum rotor weight: up to 250 kg
- Spindle speed: 1000 to 3500 min -¹
- Measurement uncertainty: 5 to 50 gmm (depending on rotor)
- Output: approx. 40-80 pcs/h

KBTU
Ideal for use in high-volume production lines: The KBTU series offers 4-station machines or 6-station machines with a fully automatic function sequence for measuring and correcting the unbalance of electric armatures in various designs and sizes. The unbalance is corrected by milling (profile/polar/slot milling or drilling) in one or two planes. The machine essentially consists of the transfer station to the on-site feeder system, measuring station, common correction station level 1 / level 2, measuring station for audit check, internal pick-and-place lifting and turning transport, as well as the electrical control cabinet and protective device.
