Schenck Balancing Lab at EMO 2025

Schenck presents groundbreaking solutions for balancing at EMO 2025 in Hannover

With over 100 years of experience in balancing and a clear claim to digital innovation leadership, Schenck transforms EMO 2025 in Hannover into an interactive "Balancing Lab". At the trade fair booth, the world market leader for balancing technology showcases innovative machines, portable measuring devices, and digital services - all related to the topic of rotor balancing.

Exhibits at the Schenck booth include:

  • Pasio 100-700: This powerful universal balancing machine covers a wide range and is suitable for medium to heavy rotors weighing several hundred kilograms. Thanks to its modular design, it can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements.
  • Pasio 15: This machine from the Pasio series features a compact design and easy operation, ideal for smaller rotors up to 15 kg, such as those in medical technology or electronics manufacturing.
  • Schenck ONE Software Solutions: The digital platform for modern balancing, allowing users to prepare processes, manage rotor types, perform balancing, create protocols, and conduct analyses seamlessly integrated on the machine and in the cloud.
  • Modernization package with retrofit system for existing machines: Bringing older balancing machines up to date with modern measurement and control technology for increased efficiency, safety, and longevity.
  • Handhelds SVA 90, SVA 95 and SmartBalancer 4: Portable vibration measurement devices for precise results in vibration analysis and in situ balancing of rotors like electric motors, fans, pumps, or compressors.
  • Live consulting experience: Consulting experts showcasing the extensive service portfolio, from engineering and spin testing to process optimization and quality assurance, following the opening of the Green Technology Center in Darmstadt.

Customers worldwide in aerospace, mechanical engineering, green technology, and automotive industries rely on Schenck's solutions, continuously optimized for precision, user-friendliness, and digital connectivity.

As the first provider in balancing, Schenck offers remote updates for measurement and cloud software through a modern subscription model – a unique feature in the market. The company systematically analyzes balancing processes and integrates insights on ergonomics, safety, and efficiency directly into the design thinking process for new product generations, resulting in intelligent machines, more sustainable processes, and added value for customers.

Schenck can be found at booth D49 in Hall 5 at EMO 2025.
