New Schenck ONE "Wheel & Tire" application for wheel production
Wheel production plays a decisive role in the series production of vehicles. Above all, flexibility is required in order to set up different complete wheel types precisely. With the new Schenck ONE Wheel & Tire application, this is now even easier.
While the entire process for each new wheel type for an entire wheel line previously took around 120 minutes, the application reduces the set-up time by up to 75% to around 30 minutes when using the full range of functions such as central data input, machine learning, etc.!
Managing large amounts of data and considerable set-up times are not uncommon in wheel production. With the Schenck ONE Wheel & Tire application, however, this is simplified. The settings for the various process steps can now be created and saved centrally.
The software guides the user through the process of setting up a new complete wheel type and verifies the entered values against the current ETRTO specification. The finished parameters are transferred directly to the machines.
The integrated machine learning functionality offers further potential by suggesting suitable production parameters and checking all entered values for validity.
The Schenck ONE Wheel & Tire application revolutionizes wheel production and ensures more efficient production of complete wheels.
