Teleservice - an alternative to maintenance on site

Advanced technology opens new opportunities: Latest generation measuring units and control systems no longer require a service engineer to travel to the site to perform maintenance. Our engineers can establish an online connection with your local service staff to assist with service and maintenance tasks.

Our specialist will guide your operators on site through the relevant procedures and give tips on how to optimise operation and trouble shooting. Software updates or upgrades can be installed within a minimum of time, without the need to call one of our software specialists to perform the installation.
