Take advantage of a seamless network of technical support and fast communication, designed to avoid loss of production or, as the case may be, to quickly eliminate failures. For maximum availability of professional service, we are now available 24 hours per day during the week and on Saturdays. You will be called back by one of our expert service staff within 30 minutes following your call or sending the Helpdesk form. Perhaps the problem can be solved over the telephone.
Schenck offers to you a comprehensive service package in accordance with your needs: It reaches from the start-up of the machine with consultation and training, to the fast repair and supply of spare parts to preventing maintenance.
