We therefore aim to constantly improve the quality and durability of our products. Our Management system is the tool through which we achieve this aim.

Already now, Schenck ranks among the companies fulfilling the very strict requirements set forth in the VDA 6.4- guidelines for the automotive industry. This is checked by annual independent audits. In addition, Schenck has successfully completed other certification processes: Certification to ISO 9001 was obtained in the mid-nineties.

In 1999, the Ford Motor Company granted us their Q1 Award, an award presented to suppliers who excel through a constant high level of customer satisfaction and meet highest requirements regarding quality, productivity and level of service.

Our quality management is gradually being extended into an integrated Management System, encompassing the aspects of Occupational Health and Safety as well as Environmental and Risk Management.

Apart from our company as a whole, our products also carry outstanding certifications. Our testing centre for unbalance measurement is the only one of its kind worldwide. It enables the certification of horizontal and vertical balancing machines, high-speed balancing machines and the associated master rotors. The testing centre focuses on establishing measurement properties, accuracy and repeatability.
